All wizard dialogs in this build are opening in the top left corner of the screen. They should appear in the same place as every other window (in the center).

Yes as you own the resource wizards. if it turns out to be a general dialogs problem move it back.

This problem only affects wizards (all wizards).

This is an in-your-face problem with a heavily used part of the workbench, so I'm bumping up the severity.

This bug is a regression that was introduced in an early 3.3 milestone. Tod, any word on whether the regression will be undone before release?
