Create a server-side component to log collaboration events.  
* The log should be by 'context' of the context container
* The log should be able to be searched for Corona's knowledgebase
* The component must be able to be managed via WSDM.

Created basic container event handler to log container events.  This is included in plugin org.eclipse.corona.container.services
* currently only echo's container event to system.out
