Description:
Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, SouthWest does not work for chart Title
Anchor.

Build number:
2.1.2.v20061120-0710

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a chart, go to Format Chart->Chart Area->Title Format->Title Area->
   Anchor.

Expected result:
Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, SouthWest work.

Actual result:
They does not work.

Decription:
Interactivity for chart markerline and markerrange does not work

Build number:
2.1.2.v20061120-0710

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a chart, go to Format Chart->Chart Area->Axis->X Axis->Markers, add 
   line or range, click Interactivity button.

Expected result:
Interactivity sub dialogue pops up.

Actual result:
Interactivity sub dialogue does not pop up.
