Description Lubos Pochman CLA 2006-11-05 12:32:42 EST
I have problem with Submit to Repository in Bugzilla view. I create new comment in the Bugzilla view and press button Submit to Repository,
and get mid-air collision error dialog with advice to synchronize. So, I synchronize and get dialog Local Task Copy Conflict
(quite confusing, I am not sure if to pres Yes or No). But if I press either Yes or No, I still cannot Submit to Repository and
get mid-air collision error.

Note. Everything works OK, if I use Browser view and make comments there. Then even the Bugzilla view gets updated properly.
We use Bugzilla Version 2.18rc3.

This is a test comment to see if I have the same problem with Eclipse Bugzilla from Bugzilla view.
Comment 2 Lubos Pochman CLA 2006-11-05 12:36:26 EST
The comment above was created from Bugzilla view, so it works for bugs.eclipse.org Bugzilla.

Duplicate of bug 149513. Should have read FAQs first 8-). Looks like we will need to upgrade to Bugzilla 2.2x

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 149513 ***

No worries Lubos. Regarding the conflict dialog, if you choose to overwrite, the new bug data will be downloaded, overwriting any new comment you might have had. If you say no, the new data is still downloaded but your new comment isn't overwritten. The dialog is confusing so I'll create a new report to address this. Thanks.
