Running Eclipse 3.2 on Windows XP and can't drag from MS IE 6.0 (both embedder into Eclipse and external) to the Task List view. Same thing is working for the FireFox.

The problem is that Eclipse does not accept URL transfers.  We work around this by using a text transfer, but that requires holding down Ctrl when dragging.  I just documented this in:
