After adding vm arguments to the Generic Server launcher, they are removed the next time the Generic Server is started within eclipse.  I have add some vm arguments into generic server like -DArm40.ArmTransactionFactory=org.eclipse.tptp.trace.arm.internal.transaction.ArmTransactionFactoryImpl, everything works fine on the launch, but the next time I launch the server the vm arguments have been removed.

This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP bugs which are in the resolved state without an appropriate targeted version.  If you feel this bug was closed inappropriately, please reopen.
