Whenever I launch Eclipse, the splash screen appears as the program starts.  Then when it's done loading, the Workspace Launcher dialog gets brought up, BUT it always appears behind the Eclipse splash screen.  Sometimes I don't know if Eclipse actually loaded all the way or if it's hanging, because all I can see is a little sliver of the Workspace Launcher dialog, which I then have to click to get in to focus.  When the Workspace Launcher dialog appears, I would expect the Eclipse splash screen to go away and the Workspace Launcher dialog to get focus.
