Currently i had some problems to work with user name specified in the Task Repositories configuration ... when i make some operation, for example an "new task" the jira connector ignores the username specified in the config. 

why ?? its wrong ???

Currently Jira connector does not have Eclipse editor. What you see is the fall back to the web UI, which has its own auth. See bug 142869, that tracks rich editor addition.

Ariel: as Eugene indicates this is a limitation of not having a rich editor that logs itself into JIRA on your behalf.  I assume that once you log in it keeps you logged in for the duration of the session.  I updated the FAQ accordingly:
