To re-create add a repository task. Synchronize/open task to ensure we have it locally. Remove its associated task repository. Try to open task.

The task ExistingBugEditor will need to be self sufficient (not rely on a TaskRepository object). Currently the TaskRepository is required for gathering the keywords from the repository configuration (username and password are required in case need to retrieve from server). The manner in which configuration data will be obtained will likely change along with bug#150680 and we'll need to take this into consider during the re-design.
