Now when plugging a new emitter in, a new render context of the new emitter will be added to report engine. This behavior is not the best way to deal with the relationship between report engine and emitter.
A render context appertains to an emitter and emitters should manager their render contexts themselves.  
Pluging a new emitter in should not affect the report engine.
