Need to support displaying the debu target in Debug view.  The standard layout in Debug view has a launch->debug target->thread->stack frame layout.

In case of standard GDB implementation, the debug target should be the process that is being debugged.

I think I'll have to postpone this work till after 1.0 along with the rest debug view View Model work.

I think the original spirit of this bug is actually completed: there is a process shown in Debug view for GDB.  A generic implementation of a process node in Debug view will be covered by bug 164044.
