Publish RSS feeds of build status and availability. This should be modeled after EMFT's build process. The RSS feed should be posted to Corona's download server.

RSS Feed is available in download location for each build. It's name is corona-builds.xml. Currently, the download location has been set up on Corona virtual server.
General guidelines for Europa was to post RSS feeds on project's download site. This will enable the feeds to be mirrored and enable other projects to reference them from a download site this is most convenient for them. Created folder in Corona's download area named "releng". This location should be used for all of Corona's release engineering RSS feeds.
Publishing RSS feeds of a build's results are identified as a "should do" item for participation in Europa.
Pawel, will you do it? If no, move it to "future".
