If you have a web project where your output folder is a folder underneath a virtual component mapped folder, for example, if your output folder is web-inf/classes, then all of the class files are duplicated.  The J2EEFlexProjDeployabled needs to be made smarter to ignore java resources in output folders which are also folders within the scope of the virtual component.
This blocks adopter tooling requiring this output folder setup.
