When I synchronize with CVS repository and it switches to the Synchronize view, the "Update all incoming changes" and "Commit all outgoing changes" toolbar buttons do not show up immediately in the view's toolbar. 

The buttons only appear after I drag the divider bar to make the view more narrow or wider.
