1. Open the org.eclipse.pde/cheatsheets/rcpapp/rcpapp-create.xml

2. Select the first substep under 'Run the RCP application'.  The Command section will show the 'Open Resource' command.  good.

3. Press the 'Browse...' button in the Command section.  Command Composer opens in a good state.  The right command is selected and the correct details are filled out.  Good.

4. Select the 'Open Resource' node again in the tree.  The details get cleared.
They should have retained their value.
