Bug shows up on Windows XP Professional X64.

When using update manager cannot update plugins.  Free space for all plugins appears incorrectly as zero so plugin wizard is not enabled to proceeed any further.

Notice that freespace is zero.  It shouldn't be.  Also 'Next' and 'Finish' buttons are disabled.

Here free space is zero when it shouldn't be, but finish button is enabled so installation still proceeds.
