Description Darin Swanson CLA 2002-05-09 13:09:12 EDT
Test Case:
In the runnable of JavaExceptionBreakpoint arg contructor, place a breakpoint
at line 117.
In either the Display view or in the detail pane of the variables view (with
this selection), hit Ctrl-Space.
"exceptionName" is one of the proposals.
Select the proposal.
Swipe it
Attempt to display

exceptionName
	Evaluation failed. Reason(s):
		exceptionName cannot be resolved

If evaluation cannot handle this case, we need to attempt to make content
assist consistent.
Comment 1 Darin Wright CLA 2002-05-09 20:45:07 EDT
Deferred - unless this is easy, it is just trouble (i.e. as eval gets better,
we then have code assist bugs).
Comment 2 Darin Wright CLA 2002-05-09 20:45:46 EDT
To fix this properly, the evaluation engine should be consulted on what the
possible completions are.
Comment 3 Darin Wright CLA 2005-07-06 15:40:17 EDT
Re-open to mark as dup.
Comment 4 Darin Wright CLA 2005-07-06 15:40:48 EDT
Marking as dup of later bug (that has a test case).
