build.properties files must be accurate to allow PDE to build BIRT plugins and features.

src.includes property needn't include src/ , META-INF/ and plugin.xml. Only about.html should be listed.

Plugins below all have thus problem:

org.eclipse.birt.chart.device.swt (missing src.includes property setting)
