The new functionality of forcing eraly return from a method in java se 1.6 should be made available to users.

Some thoughts:

1. should work from editor, like run to line, etc
2. could work from outline view
3. could work from debug view

Bug 128255 has a rework of the evaluation actions, and includes 'stubbed out' support for force early return.
