A few options in the Intel compiler managed build toolchain need to be made x86 specific, i.e., not available on Itanium.  I've attached a patch for the org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.intel.ui project to fix it.  This is for the photran 3.1 beta.  Please apply to HEAD for the next update/release.
