As an enhancement.

I have HEAD checked out in my workspace, and I want to recreate a patch from a previous I-Build.

I do a compare-with on org.eclipse.ui.workbench with I200060718-0800 and can see the diff in the Synchronize view (in the Team Sync perspective).

I'd like to be able to select a couple of the files (3 in this case) and create the patch that would take it from the tag (lower revision) to my workspace revisions (HEAD).
