I'm using the latest dev build, but I have noticed this before many times (not sure what version, sorry...).

There are 2 strange things (I'll attach a screenshot):

- "Empty" change sets.
- Crazy decorations.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to precisely reproduce it, but if you need some more information, you are welcome.

One thing I think should help: in this case, if I select "All Models" and after that return to "Change Sets" model, it returns to normal.
