Driver: 4.2.1 20060731_0100 Expand Window > Preferences > Profiling and Logging > Log View > Symptom database After viewing that page, no other preference page can be viewed. (Not TPTP nor any other preference page.) Instead an error dialog appears that says, "The currently displayed page contains invalid values." You have to cancel and restart the Preferences dialog in order to view the other pages. Opening as "major" because this affects more than the TPTP preference pages. The log file does not contain any exceptions.
The symptom analysis db preference page requires at least one sdb to be configured for analysis and it marks the page as invalid as long as you don't select one, this is the reason why you see that peculiar behaviour in the preferences.
That makes sense but it shouldn't prevent me from turning to another unrelated preference page. I noticed this behaviour when I was looking for a profiling preference to change (I couldn't remember which page it was located on) and when I viewed out this page I couldn't leave.
Since I already have a defect for this problem, I am marking this as a duplicate of 148272. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 148272 ***
Filling in the iteration when this bug was resolved.
