i have two plugins(plugin a and plugin b). plugin's b menu should be displayed first and plugin's a menu as second menu. this doesn't work: the problem is that plugin b must be load first to show the menu first. if i add a path for the second menu, it is not displayed, if i add no path, the order is wrong. 

please look at my attached sample.
