It doesn't seem like Synchronize (F5) on jira query hit has any effect right now.

The same applies to Trac tasks. Currently only connectors that implement IOfflineTaskHandler can be synchronized.

This could be a bit disruptive and involves a bit of fixing in the offline/synch API, so it will have to wait until 0.6.3.

Eugene: could you summarize the bad behavior?  Is this related to the problems you were seeing that are related to bug 150948?
