when i saved a file in maximized editor toolbar from a random view appears in the editor window. I can see toolbar from Server view; I also saw toolbar from Outline view.
I can send a screenshot on request.

It appears sometimes, only when app server is running (wtp) and I save a file from web project that is deployed on that server.
I'm unable to reproduce it every time I try, but try this simple procedure:
- start workspace
- start appserver with published web application project
- in maximized editor edit (mark as dirty) and save file from that project
