The user and ISV docs contain references to old package names as well as artifacts from the old model. These need to be updated with the new package names and new model. There are also numerous spelling and grammar mistakes that should be corrected.

Reassigning to Kushal since he agreed to take on the doc updates with his refactorings. Kushal please accept this bug, and merge the patches ASAP to ensure the patching process goes smoothly.

Applied second patch to dstore documentation on 7/31.
Fixed references in extension point schemata on 7/31.
Moved AbstractResource to a public package. This is referenced from examples and in the documentation as being API.
Updated dstore isv documentation and rse isv documentation. Removing dead links. Updating some etools links. Updated tutorial.
Updated topics_Reference.xml to get rid of etools references and dead links. This currently may hold more entries than necessary. Will prune after review.
Updated tutorial to use new tutorial code. This is difficult to keep in sync with the tutorial code. We'll need to find a better way to do this.
Fixed the reference TOC file.
Closing for now as major restructuring is complete. We should open up new bugs for specfic items in the documentation as needed.
