To reproduce (on windows xp / I20060620-1010): * Create a shortcut to eclipse * In the shortcut's target path add the -data flag to specify a workspace and point -data to a non-existent location. ie. -data p:\workspace (where drive 'p' does not exist) * Launch the shortcut Error message indicates workspace is in use.
