Description Janek Lasocki-Biczysko CLA 2006-06-30 10:31:44 EDT
To reproduce (on windows xp / I20060620-1010):

* Create a shortcut to eclipse
* In the shortcut's target path add the -data flag to specify a workspace and point -data to a non-existent location. ie. -data p:\workspace (where drive 'p' does not exist)
* Launch the shortcut

Error message indicates workspace is in use.
