Description Mike Crute CLA 2006-06-27 14:33:03 EDT
Trying to connect to an SSL enabled Dav server does not work on any platform Eclipse runs on. I have tested this on several computers running different operating systems and it doesn't work on any of them. The error that I get is 'Unexpected end of stream.'

I am trying to connect to a WebDAV site that uses SSL with a self signed certificate. The server is Apache 2.0.58 and the site also uses basic HTTP authentication. Other than the above listed items this is a perfectly normal DAV site and I have not had any trouble connecting to it from any (other) OS/client/location.

This is a known problem and unfortuanatly there is no current work being done on the WebDAV bundle. We are happy to accept contributions from the community, though.
