Use monitor metrics to gather performance statistics about class performance and availablitilty.  For performance the Application Resource Mesurement api will be used to gather information about the transaction times for each method call.

The monitor service has a JMX agent service that the JMX specification has defined. It allows monitor MBeans to be created to observe an attribute of an MBean at certain intervals. When an attribute change occurs that meets the pre-defined condition, a monitor notification is triggered.

The Application Resource Mesurement api will not be used for this feature please ignore.

Changing to component for BtM Instrumentation even though the product is not accurate.  Monitor.Agents component includes both Instrumentation agents and Statistical agents and due to a bugzilla limitation it can only be included under one product.
