I have the 3.2 platform (not the SDK). If I go to the callisto update site, select PDE and click "select required". The JDT feature is not found.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install the platform runtime binary drop
- Run it
- Go to the callisto update site
- Navigate to java development category
- Select Eclipse plug-in development Environment, notice the error about missing JDT 3.0.0 or compatible.
- Click "Select required", nothing happened

The only way to work around that problem is to select JDT manually
