It would be good to have a printing function in SWT's Table API.  I want to be
able to print the contents of an SWT Table easily.  It would be good if there
was a function that copied the contents of the table and the gridlines to a
blank canvas.  The canvas could then be printed.

At present, the only way I know to print SWT tables is to write a lenghy piece
of code that is printer specific, and writes the cell data to the canvas cell
by cell.

Appologies if this feature is listed elsewhere.  After a quick scan through bugzilla, nothing jumped out at me.

This is a really old problem that has platform specific solutions, but no general API because this capablilty is not supported on every platform.
