Please see the attachment for the Welcome page layout problems:
- top row of buttons should be mirrored
- tooltip text should be right aligned
- heading should be right aligned
- two column layout should be mirrored
- topic text should be right aligned
- image should be in front of right aligned topic text

Will this bug be addressed for 3.2.1?  If this requires alot of changes (for a maintenance release) then can this one be targetted for 3.3?

I started looking at why this is happening. In the into html and css files for the two themes there is are many (about 280) hard coded references to left and right. This is not something that we could fix for 3.3.x.

I can't make any changes to to Eclipse for 3.4 but I will make some suggestions as to how to use CSS in the nl folders to get the text to flow from right to left. Unfortunately I have so far been unable to come up with css that moves the image to the right of each block of each block of text that works on both IE and Firefox. I will keep looking into this.

Here is the fix for this, there are also three new icons (right to left versions of three existing icons.
