when update some plugins the finish button is disable

the update dialg show the free space is 0kb. 
it wrong you can see from the picture it have 53.8 GB free space 
on E:

We are aware of a similar problem that happens on Windows 2003 Server. If so, note that this OS is not on the list of supported OSs for Eclipse 3.2. We suspect the native code for computing available space is not working correctly on this OS but cannot tell for sure because we don't have test machines with it.

Yes the eclipse in Windows 2003 Server, we use it through Remote Desktop Connection (terminal)

Apache commons-io 1.2  FileSystemUtils.java have this function
