I think, there should be 'mark as complete' action, that would ask for comment to add do JIRA 'resolve issue' action. You can always use browser for them, but there are several usability issues, e.g. when you fixed bug and are now commiting this change, it should be marked as 'completed' and commited with 'Completed:' comment. It's not-trivial operation now: to do it correctly, you must mark task as complete in browser, then synchronize, then commit task (which may be already moved in archive section btw)... or change the 'Progress on:' message to 'Completed' by hands :)
In a few words, I want simplicity and effectiveness when I use JIRA connector.

Yes, this is needed to make the JIRA support as seamless as Bugzilla.  Note that the corresponding report is marked as "helpwanted" beacause these JIRA contributions will need to come from the community in order to make it into 0.6.
