3.2 RC5

- in Java perspective,
- show Progress view
- ensure the pref to show system and sleeping operations is -not- set
- Ctrl+Shift+T to open the Open Type dialog
- type: A
- notice the Progress view briefly shows an item: "Progress Update Job (Sleeping)"

There seems to be two problems here:
- the Progress Update Job (which I believe is a system job) should not show at all
- if it shows because it's doing work, it should not indicate (Sleeping)
  - or if it is sleeping, it should not show either given the pref setting
