Open Help and go to 'Platform Plug-in Developer Guide' > Reference > API Reference. Clicking on:

org.eclipse.jface.layout
org.eclipse.jface.menus
org.eclipse.ui.ide.fileSystem

will result in the following message being displayed in the help area:

The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be wrong, or you may not have the corresponding product feature installed. This online help only includes documentation for features that are installed.

Also, the entries for these three packages are not contained in the API References overview page...I'm not sure if the two problems are related but they may well be.

org.eclipse.core.commands.util (also missing a package.html)
org.eclipse.jface.viewers.deferred (also missing a package.html)
org.eclipse.ui.menus

We are leaving org.eclipse.core.commands out. See Bug 143992

org.eclipse.jface.viewers.deferred was missing from platformOptions.txt in 20060529. Fixed.
