At the moment it is not easily possible to configure editor activation from the outside.

This adds the possibilities to set an activation mask for editing

This patch adds the possibility for the user to define an activation mask e.g.
DOUBLE_CLICK+CTRL have to be pressed that the editor is activated

I'm not sure why this went to me in the first place - [EditorMgmt] has to do with top level editor parts, not cell editors.  Do you want me to reassign this to you?
