Description Paul Slauenwhite CLA 2006-05-24 12:20:22 EDT
Update Native Logging's OS support statement with new supported platforms.

Native Logging is supported on the following platforms:

AIX-PPC
HPUX-RISC
LINUX-EM64T
LINUX-IA32
LINUX-IPF
LINUX-PPC64
LINUX-ZSERIES
OS/400-ISERIES
SOLARIS-SPARC
WINDOWS-IA32
WINDOWS-IPF
WINDOWS-EM64T
Z/OS-ZSERIES

The foll lowing new platforms need to be added to the list of primary supported OSes (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/project_info/releaseinfo/4.1/support.html#Native logging) and may need to be removed from the list of secondary supported OSes:

LINUX-EM64T
LINUX-IPF
LINUX-PPC64
WINDOWS-IPF
WINDOWS-EM64T

Paul, does this update need to happen for the 4.1 support page or the 4.2 support page?

I have updated the Native Logging support section. Please review and let me know if further revisions are required. Things to note:
- I added SP1 to Windows 2003 server on EM64T and IPF
- I removed Windows 2000 support based on TPTP 4.4 Release Plan
- I added Linux Red Hat Advanced Server 3 for IPF, replacing 2.1 as per TPTP 4.4 release plan (this may need to be changed back depending on what was used for testing)
- Native Logging support references to Linux Red Hat ENTERPRISE Server are all ADVNACED Server referencesin the release plan.
- Windows Vista is not listed under Native Logging support. Please confirm this is an oversight
- Windows XP Professional is not listed under Native Logging support. Please confirm this is an oversight
I have checked changes into head and am including an attachment showing the support statement prior to my changes

Windows XP Professional with SP1 is at the primary list of http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/project_info/releaseinfo/4.1/support.html#Native,
We need to keep it.
Also we need to add the support for Winodws Vista .
