In the Java Browsing perspective, I selected the Projects view and invoked New 
Java Project.  After pressing OK in the dialog, my project was created, but 
then the Java perspective was activated.  This seems incorrect, given that I am 
already in a "java" perspective.

Perhaps it should be possible to define a list of appropriate perspectives for 
the new project.
