The log4j and commons logging features in WTP will now be shared with TPTP. Please put these two features under the Enabling Feature section of the Callisto update site. So projects that depend on these features don't need to download the whole WTP.

I have not verified yet, but have made the changes, and they should "show up" in staging area soon.
