org.apache.commons_logging.feature and org.apache.jakarta_log4j.feature are missing epl-v10.html and notice.html.  The log4j feature is also missing the feature.properties.  Please include these files in the build.

I checked with Jeffrey Liu, who handles the intefacing with the WTP legal team on WTP legal issues, and he confirms that I should be putting a license file in for the feature but it should be the Apache licence, not the Eclipse license as in  http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/notice.html.

Also, since we are only repackaging 3rd party content and not contributing any net new content, we do not need epl-v10.html.  

So, in a nutshell, I've just updated build.properties for org.apache.jakarta_log4j.feature to add LICENSE.txt and features.properties.

The change has been committed and will be released for this week's WTP integration build.

As we are trying to close down WTP 1.5, please get the latest WTP 1.5 driver to verify the bug and reopen if the problem had not been fixed.  If this defect is not verified/reopened by end of day 06/16, I'll attempt to verify the defect by reproducing the problem as described in the defect.  However, since you know your scenario best, it would be more appropriate if you verify the fix.
