This is not a TVT issue - the behavior is the same in the English locale, and it is working as (currently) designed. The create child/sibling menu items are labeled based on the pattern '<feature name> <type name>' (if qualification is required). In this case, the feature name is 'interfaceRealization' and the type name is 'InterfaceRealization', resulting in 'Interface Realization Interface Realization'. It would perhaps be more intuitive if the menu items were organized into submenus based on feature name - I've submitted an enhancement request against EMF (bug 143546) to make this possible (in a future release).
Ken, even though this is not a TVT issue, we need to keep the prefix in the summary so we could monitor bugs opened during TVT. Adding the prefix back. Kit
