Scenario:
1- Open eclipse, click on file menue.
2- Inspect the recently opened files at the lower section of the menue.

Problem:
Brackets are not displasyed correctly due to the mirroring of brackets.

This is in the recently open file history of the File menu.  

Running the string for these menu items through the TextProcessor.process(String, String) API should fix this one.  This problem likely appears on all platforms.

I fixed this as part of the code released for bug 145842.
