CDT 3.1 HEAD (2006-05-16)
When a breakpoint is disabled or enabled, the breakpoint icon visible on the left vertical ruler of the editor is not repainted to reflect the changed state, only when the editor is scrolled vertically or otherwise forced to repaint the ruler.
The icon in the Breakpoints View is updated immediately.
Probably a platform issue, as JDT and WTP have similar reports: bug 139141 and 141053.
