JSF libraries used in a JSF web project does not react to changes in JSF library registration.  JARs from JSF libraries are updated to project's module dependencies and build path once during project creation.

The work around is to re-select the JSF libraries in JSF Library Reference property page.

Changes in a referenced JSF library in a project needs be unselected first, making changes to the JSF library, and then add the JSF library reference back a project.

checked in for M6 build.

JSF Libs are now handled as CP Containers.  Libs are added to the Java Build Path rather than by JSF Library Ref property page.
