Description Stefan Xenos CLA 2006-05-11 12:18:44 EDT
Eclipse 3.2 M6.

1. Show the progress view on the left (say, split the space normally used for the package explorer).

2. Run a long job (say, synchronize with CVS).

Observed behavior:

Whenever a long task name is shown, the text and progress bars will extend beyond the right-hand side of the view. No scroll bars are shown, so it is impossible to view the current progress.

Expected behavior:

Previous versions of the progress view would always fill the available horizontal space with the progress bar, and would truncate long task name with "..." if necessary.
