Workbench->Preferences->Team->Ignored Resources.
On Motif, notice the top and bottom lines of the description are cut off. We
just call setDescription(), so I don't think we can fix this. See the dependent PR.

This is related to Bug 9866 - in particular it shows up when the GridData uses 
FILL_HORIZONTAL.
