We require a new project to be created in the Eclipse project CVS repository.

Repository: dev.eclipse.org/cvsroot/eclipse/
New project name: org.eclipse.core.filesystem.macosx
Permissions the same as: org.eclipse.core.filesystem.macosx.ppc

(essentially we're just chopping "ppc" from the name to handle the new Intel Mac, but we need to keep the old project around for old builds).
