- note that when openning the quick fix wizard it should not be empty.  I'm not sure why the menu item was enabled in the problems view if there does not appear to be a quick fix for this problem

org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.text.correction.CorrectionMarkerResolutionGenerator is returning true for #hasResolutions() but when you call getResolutions you get an empty list.

We should protect against this case however.

Given that JDT aren't going to fix Bug 138547 for performance reasons we should have this protection in now.

Verified in 20060427 (note that JDT actually finds a fix in 20060428-0010)
